Access and delivery

One-time digital purchase: $19. Your three audio recordings are delivered as a downloadable ZIP after purchase. Access to the online interactive practice is provided through a separate Netlify member invitation sent to your checkout email. Your Shopify account login is separate from your practice login.

Your privacy and saved work: Reflections are stored locally in your current browser, not automatically synced between devices. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove saved work; use the export/import option in My Returns to keep a backup. Avoid shared devices for private reflections. Internet access is required for the practice. This is a self-reflection experience, not therapy or medical care.
